Summer is here

Hello 4-Hers,

I hope you all are enjoying your summer so far. I have been busy working on camp counselor work and also for my display for the Lycoming County Fair. I had the opportunity in June here to attend 4-H camp as a counselor and help the younger kids. I am also working on my State Day things, which include memorizing my lines for opening and also for my podcast. I hope that you will attend State Days so you can meet new members and even compete in a contest.

Right now I am busy working on my STAR event for the one club I was involved in at school, because I made it to the National Meeting in Florida.

My horses are another important factor right now because I show almost every weekend getting them ready for my 4-H round up. In my horse club we had our quality insurance meeting that I got to help with. It was nice being able to teach the younger children on how to be safe around there horses.

I am enjoying my second to last year in 4-H and I will most defiantly miss it but the friends I made will stay with me.

Until next time

Justine Bush
